How can I get rid of acne in a couple of weeks?

Or at least get rid of a few. I've heard taking zinc tablets is good in moderation but I would like somebody to agree before I gulp them all down. Are there any other non-topical ways to get rid of spots? I'm sick of things like Clearasil which never seem to work, and totally conflicting views about the Witch Stick. I just want rid of them for my holiday on July 26th...thanks for any help! How can I get rid of acne in a couple of weeks?
I would use Australian Bush Flower Essences Emergency Essence drops in the morning and Face Hand and body cream at night, they extra oil will signal the body to stop producing it and the both help the skin heal from the inside out with out drugs!!

If you’re worried about acne, here are some ways to keep pimples away: To help prevent the oil buildup that can lead to acne, wash your face once or twice a day with warm water and a mild soap or cleanser. If you wear makeup, moisturizer, or sunscreen, make sure they are “oil-free,” “non comedogenic,” or “non acnegenic. If you have long hair, keep it away from your face and wash it regularly to reduce oil.

The Revitol skincare products are really popular, and they have an acne spot gel at http://www.revitol.com/acne-spot-gel/?ai… which penetrates to the pores and unblocks trapped dirt and oil.
Proactiv works great!!!
