How do you get rid of back acne?

I have really bad back acne!! does anyone have any home remedies to solve it?

Please help me out!How do you get rid of back acne?
First of all, do not wash your back with the same product you use on your face. Skin on your back is tougher than skin on your face - the product won't work the same.

What I'd recommend is first of all, increase the amount of water you drink. Water is key for healthy skin all over your body. Also increase the amount of vegetables, meat (red), and fruit that you eat. The vitamins in these are essential for healthy skin, hair, and nails.

Now, what you can do after that is this: if you have long hair, keep it clean and tied up. Oil from your hair can really mess your skin up. Also wear breathable cotton clothing. Anything else can trap dirt and sweat in and ruin your skin.

Do NOT, and I repeat this, DO NOT pick your skin. It can cause infection and permanent scarring- neither of which are nice. Instead, mix a 10 ounce spray bottle of water with one tablespoon of vinegar and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Spray this on after you dry off from the shower.

In the shower, use a body wash with Salycilic Acid (Neutrogena) and a gentle scrub. Scrub first. Wash next. Rinse. Spray.

I've also invested in lush products.

If you or your parents have a bit of money, buy a product called Lemslip by Lush. Google it and you can find it. Use it twice a week in the shower (store it in the freezer or it will melt). Follow up with Dream Cream by Lush and you should be good. Those products are a bit pricey (20$ or so) but they WORK.

If all else fails head to a dermatologist for evaluation and/or medication

that's what they are there for.How do you get rid of back acne?
I have the same problem, and though I tried lots of store-bought remedies I found the best solution was to visit a dermatologist. Mine perscribed a cream that I apply once, at night, and it's been working pretty well.

I've never tried it, but I've heard that if you mix a tiny amount of baking soda and water into a paste and leave it overnight, it will dry out individual pimples.
Acne.org - The Regimen.

Go on this website, they tell you the best technique to get rid of it!

Home remedies.. Hm.. Just exfoliate (get rid of dead skin sells)

Don't scrub too hard or you'll irritate the acne, shower daily so the sweat doesnt clog up and make pimples..

Don't forget to moisturize your back still, even if you have acne.

The dryness will irritate your skin more.

Hope this helps!
Try lavender oil. Apply this oil on the back acne everyday for minimum 15 days or else apply fresh Aloe vera juice or the gel and wash after a few hours. When washing your back use a loofah, sponge or exfoliant to help remove any dead skin cells that may clog up pores. Use a gentle action and don鈥檛 be too harsh otherwise you will end up breaking the skin. You should probably change your shirt twice a day to avoid bacteria buildup. i had the same problem and one thing you can do is let the sun dry it out and wear yopur hair up cuz your hair has oil and that causes breakouts--watch the amount of conditioner you use too
No home remedies that I know of, but definitely check out Neutrogena Oil Free Body Wash.
Using a tanning bed will most likely clear it right up. Not a healthy solution, though.
just wash it with wat u wash ur face with
