Hello Everyone! I am facing problem of acne sometimes. I feel that it is all due to the oily intake. I really eat each and every thing which comes in front of me. Can anyone tell me about any diet plan by following which I can get out of the acne problem? Is acne somewhere related to improper diet?
yep junk food is horrible fer your skin hun!
clean your face everyday with some kind of facial scrub
i use neutragena facial wash
and try to cut back on junk foodIs acne somewhere related to improper diet?
I have had acne for two years and it was really bad. I tried EVERYTHING IMAGINABLE, and even spent $900 on accutane (which didnt work). TRUST ME, acne is a vitamin deficency, im taking zinc, chromium, vitamin C and a multi-vitamin B. I worked for me and i cant believe it! Im being legit here bud, this will be the best decision you can make if you have acne, it WILL go away. Also, avoid sugar and any dairy products AT ALL COSTS. You can find all the vitamins virtually anywhere, and dont eat sugar or dairy (dairy is hell for the skin), and your skin will be 100% clear. Trust me on this, it will be the best choice you can make.
Let me know how it works for you!
mostly it is related to stress. taking good care of your body is always important, but enjoying yourself and the foods you eat can be equally helpful. If you make sure your eatting a well rounded diet which can include junk food then you shouldn't have too much of a problem.
Garlic works really well for clearing out pores, acting as a remedy for pimples. It is a rather smelly aprouch but if applied the day before a major event it should help to significantly clear up any problem pimples.
Peel and mash 1 clove of garlic. Apply paste to pimple and leave on for 15 minutes. Wash of with a warm cloth.
Having acne isn't a case of eating greasy foods that cause acne as far as your diets concerned however whilst your eating this greasy food stops you from eating minerals and vitamins. This immediately makes you think that its the greasy food that makes acne worse but its not.
Every time you consume greasy food make sure you drink water or something with water in as the water gets into you blood and flushes the grease out if that makes sense.
There is a lot of advise in this ebook http://hackingyouracne.blogspot.com/ it really is worth it and after a few days your acne goes and what you have learnt helps you to be aware and you never have spots again it really is amazing! You honestly should try it!
Your acne really has nothing to do with your eating habits...Most people think that acne comes from oil on your face due to unfrequently washing your face, but scrubbing your face makes it worse...here is a url address that will explain it more...

Stop drinking milk and stop eating dairy products for a few weeks such as yogurt and cheese and see if that helps. Many people have acne due to dairy allergies. Take a multivitamin everyday (make sure it has zinc in it which is helpful in reducing acne).
start washing your face morning and night.
eat nothing with high amounts of sugar. (zits feed on it)
and drink TONS of water.
and eat lots of vegetables.
you can look up some foods that supposedly help acne stop or something.
For 1) you shouldn't eat each and everything that comes in front of you; 2) water will cleanse your system; 3) watch the grease and fat you take in; and 4) don't touch your face with dirty hands.
Soda usually gets acne going. So just drink alot of water
drink lots of water and only eat healthy stuff. see a dermatologist if it doesn't go away.
Yes. By eating the wrong foods, you increase your Sebum (skin oil) production. This leads to more clogged pores, hence more acne. Try some of the solutions below...
The tricky part about acne is that the problem can
actually become worse if you overmedicate. That's
because acne medication can overdry the skin, causing
a boost in your skin's Sebum (oil) production. This
results in...you guessed it - more acne.
So what's the long term solution? Find gentler
solutions or even natural acne cures that won't
shock your body into more breakouts.
Here's what I recommend...
Glycerin based facewash:
Glycerin is gentler and will balance the
pH levels in your skin.
Antibacterial Soap:
For body acne, try using an antibacterial soap
to slowly dry out the skin. If your skin gets too dry,
switch to a moisterizing soap like Dove to
counterbalance the effect.
Don't Overwash:
Wash your face only 2 times a day max and gently
pat dry with a towel.
Moisterize:
Use a gentle face moisterizer if the glycerin based
face wash drys you out too much. I like using
Aveeno moisterizers personally.
Change Your Diet:
Eat almonds, fiber, drink lots of water and avoid
excess sugar intake. Food really does make a difference.
This is because the food you put into your body has a
direct effect on your Sebum (oil) production. By eating
the right foods, you'll minimize oily skin, thereby
preventing breakouts.
Egg Whites:
If acne medication isn't working or causing new breakouts,
try applying egg whites to the pimples at night before bed.
This natural remedy works by gently drying out the clogged
pores and clearing up the pimple.
Oatmeal Masks:
One of my favorite natural skin conditioners is wearing an
';oatmeal mask';. The oatmeal with smooth your skin while
simultaneously absorb toxins and oils from your pores.
Try this for a few days straight. Wear the oatmeal mask
for 10 minutes, then wash off. You'll have a nice
glowing complexion right after.
Lemon Juice:
Lemon juice also dries up pimples and kills any bacteria
in the infection. The citric acid also balances your skin's
pH levels to prevent future breakouts.
Honey:
Yes, despite your initial beliefs, honey is FANTASTIC for
skin care. Actually, you may notice on many moisterizers
that honey is an ingredient. Much like the lemon solution
above, honey balances the skins pH levels. Test out this
sticky remedy by dabbing pimples with honey and leaving it
on for 5-10 minutes. You can apply full honey masks to your
face but I prefer the oatmeal masks instead.
They're less messy.
