How do i get rid of back acne?

I have it on my back and shoulders moderately bad. I have a school dance in a couple weeks and all the girls wear strappy dresses that show off your backs. How do i get rid of the acne?How do i get rid of back acne?
You know that neutrogena bar soap for your face... Grab a wash rag, and lather the rag up with that bar... Use the wash rag and soap on your back each time you take a shower. Monitor to make sure it's getting better... Drink a good amount of water, as it washes out old chemicals, etc., eat healthy, make good choices...How do i get rid of back acne?
well i used to get that too sumtimes...i started using this stuff called Witch Hazel, you can get it at any jewel type place. its basically a really strong toner. You should only use it until the acne clears up becaus eit will dry up your skin. then switch to somthing a little lighter, like I use clean and clear now.
well i had really bad acne too for a while and it was on my back and my chest. what i did basically was try every product on my face and if it worked then i tried it on my back or what ever. i tried many things and i found clearasil, go on to there sight and they have so many diffrent products !
To best get rid of back acne you need cream proscribed by the doctor, but try and prevent it by making sure all shampoo/conditioner/shower gel is washed off your back properly as the small residue that stays on your back is what causes the spots, unless your prone to acne.
You can try getting one of those loufas sponges that are attached to s stick, so that you can softly exfoliate the area, and ask mom or someone to help you put on mild astringents or acne medications?
Go to a dermatologist and they will give you prescription medication. The dermatologist will know what acne treatment will work best for your skin type.
