Really fast? no. But a complete change of diet will help. You have to cut out anything with any oils in it, pretty much a strict veg diet, no processed foods.How do u get rid of face acne for free without going to the store for lotion.?
Just keep washing your face with soap and water and don't eat chocolate,or drink soda while your trying to cleanse your face.
just good old soap and water every morning and before you go to bed .But a cleanser and toner would not cost much or a face scrub.there are things the DR can give you which will not coast much .there is no need to spend a lot of money on a lotions to look after your skin keep smiling :-)

First of all,you got to know your skin type.Secondly,watch your diet.Take more vegetables,drink more water (Japanese no sugar green tea is also good)Cut down on fried %26amp; oily food.Get at least 8 hours of sleep daily,and cleanse your face twice a day.Remember to follow the three basic steps :Cleanse,use a toner twice a day,in the morning %26amp; night.Get a face cream that is for acne prone skins,and apply it every night before you sleep :) Give yourself some time,and don't stress over it.
You could buy clearasil.. that's usually cheap.. or something with witch hazel.. they really shouldn't be too expensive
Soap is not good for acne unless it's one that's actually MEANT to get rid of it... normal soap doesn't work.
Have you tried mixing sugar and water? it works as a good body scrub too :D
I dont think anybody said this one. You may have this already in your house, Apple Cider Vinegar. It works great. IT DOES BURN, but results are generally worth a little tingle.

im not familar with any at home remedys for acne but i do know that if you go to teenfreeway that have a bunch of free samples of stuff. all you have to do is give them your address and they will send it to you. they might have some acne stuff on there.
NOT FAST BUT IF U PUT NEOSPOREAN ON UR FACE AT NIGHT THEN WAKE UP AND WASH IT WITH WATER AND SOAP OR TAKE A SHOWER IT WILL CLEAR YOU SKIN ALITTLE BIT EACH DAY.. I HAD A BAD FACE IT CLEARED IN ACOUPLE OF WEEKS LIKE 2 OR 3
