How do I get rid of my acne?

I have very oily skin. Is there anyway that I can get rid of that and my acne problem? Thank you nol rude comments. How do I get rid of my acne?
Hello

There are many ways that can help you to get rid or at least reduce your acne.

check these helpful methods that helped me to treat my acne:

Drink water

Drink plenty of water every day. Aim to drink at least two liters of still mineral water. If the skin becomes dehydrated, dead skin cells are not effectively shed, which can lead to blocked pores and further acne.

Sunshine and fresh air

Sunshine stimulates the creation of vitamin D in your body - an essential vitamin for healthy skin. A little bit of fresh air and sunshine every day will also reduce stress and increase oxygen to the skin. Even when it's overcast, the sun's rays reach us, so it's very good to take a 10 minute walk outside every day. Don't get burnt in the sun though - apart from increasing the risk of skin cancer, burnt and heavily tanned skin forms a thick layer on the skin's surface that doesn't exfoliate quickly enough and leads to blocked pores.

Reduce the intake of sugar and refined carbohydrates

There is recent research pointing the finger at diet - eating refined carbohydrates (white bread, pasta, rice, flour etc) and sugar leads to a surge in insulin and an insulin-like growth factor called IGF-1. This in turn leads to an excess of male hormones, which encourage the skin to excrete large amounts of sebum. This grease-like substance encourages the growth of bacteria responsible for acne.

Refined carbs/sugar = more insulin = more hormones = more sebum (oil) = more bacteria = more acne

The bed sheets

Keep your bed sheets clean. Wash your pillow case on a regular schedule to reduce the transfer of our natural body oils.

Wash your face

Wash your face only one time a day. Don't wash too many times , because that will cause only more production of oil on your skin. another option is to use very gentle cleansers for normal skin that don't dehydrate the skin and wash twice a day.

Anyhow, don't go out and buy those ';acne free in one night'; pills that you can find anywhere online, they just don't work and you will spend your money for nothing.

Why not? Well, because it takes time to cure acne and you will need at least few weeks to see any noticeable results. There is absolutely no way to treat your acne immediately.

If you really want to treat your acne there are two recommended solutions that should combined together for best results.

Firstly and most important you must learn how you should fix the internal problem that's causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief.

There are only few decent Ebooks and acne cure programs that can teach you exactly how to treat your acne from the inside.

Where medicine has failed them the authors have done their own research and found a way to overcome acne. In their books they share their valuable knowledge with other acne sufferers. Anyhow, be very careful because many of them are pure crap with little value.

You can find honest and comprehensive review about the best programs in the market today in this helpful article:

The second thing that you need to do is to get good acne skin product that will be suitable for your skin.

There are many acne skin care products available in the market right now and it's not easy to choose the product that will give you the best results.

When choosing your product make sure to check that you get at least 2 months full guarantee. Some of the big names in the industry are:

ClearPores, Acuzine, Acnezine, Proactiv, Vilante and some others.

I personally used the Clearpores cleansing system and was very satisfied with the results. You can find a lot more about Clearpores here:

Hello =)

First of all, don't touch your face, definately. That will make your acne worse and your skin more oily.

Next, don't try to clean it many times and wash it because the more that you wash it, your skin will create more oils, which you don't want..

The most important thing is to moisturize with a moisturizer *especially for oily skin*, if you just wash and don't moisturize, you will ccreate more oils! =o...and that's a big no no.

so eat healthy, lots of fruits like strawberries are good for your skin =)..and are tasty!

also, use some of that benzoyl peroxide and salicitic acid (i use clean and clear and exfoliators from Aveeno and AMBI..they work amazing and get rid of acne scars too!) =D...don't poke the pimples, or they will get worse...and try using lavender oil on your face ....it soothes and helps get rid of pimples too...=)

..and not to forget...drink plenty of water for a healthy skin =D
Home Remedies for acne #6 Severe acne remedies. Put Tea tree oil on the acne affected skin. This is a natural antibiotic. It will destroy a broad range of invading microorganisms, as effectively as benzol peroxide, but without side effects. It reduces redness, itchiness and stinging.

Home Remedies for acne #7 Eat foods high in fiber. This will keep the colon clean.
i honestly wouldn't use proactiv. i have a combination of oily/dry skin, and it tends to get realllly oily during the summer. using proactiv totally dried out my skin and just irritated it. besides, it doesn't get rid of acne completely.

not sure if it'll work for you, 'cause it's worked wonders for a few of my friends. if you are thinking about using proactiv, and want to keep the acne away, i'm sure you have to keep using it.

otherwise, the tips that people've left here should help.

hope i did, too.
most important tips i can think of;

- do not use moisturiser or anything greasy on your face

- dont touch you face more than needed

- keep hair off your face

- dont pick/pop spots

- get into a good facial cleansing routine

and always remeber this is only a temporarything in most cases so dont worry about it stress can make it worse!

and picking, rubbing, scratching or popping the spots will leave pitty like scars which will be very difficult to get rid of.

if it seems to be getting worse or really affecting you emotionally or phsyically your doctor can do loads to help xx

:)
I would try using Neutrogena On-The-Spot Acne Treatment. That helped me!
try pro active

tea tree oi
