How can I get rid of chest acne?

I have tried mostly everything from proactiv to benzoyl peroxide. Nothing seems to work! I can't go to a dermatologist right now. Any other options? How can I get rid of chest acne?
Remember a couple of things...

drink a lot of water..I mean a lot. It cleans out toxins.

resist the temptation to pick a zit...it will reinfect the area no matter how careful you are. Besides your hands are full of bacteria.

wash the area twice daily with a gentle cleansing product...don't scrub hard..this will trigger extra oils to come to the skin surface.

Remember, even the best products take time to work so be patient. How can I get rid of chest acne?
um, get murex, or something along those lines at your local sephora located in some JCPennys. It clears up all acne. I had a gigantic painful zit, i used the simple 4 step acne kit on it and doubled up on the spot treament and the next day it was compleatly gone. and the spot treatment works on misquto/ spider bites.... its 30 bucks, but SO wworth it. it clears up 90% of people who use it. and you can use it on your back to. It ROCKS. and everythings travel size, but it works for about 2-3 months becasue you use half a dime full on everything, or else your face gets really oily. Oh and the lotion you can even use on oily skin. i just have to avoid my nose because im afraid of nose lotions.

(weird past)

but as far as the name goes, i'de have to go up two flights of stairs to find out, so hold momentarily as i make a long jorney. okay, im back, ad the name is MURAD. its a really cool system. you wash your face with the clenser, then you put a little drop of this clear substance on your hand and rub that on your face or where ever your using it, then put spot treatment on your spots, then you use lotion. the longest part of this os the washing your face, which isnt long. in a hurry? just use spot treatment til you get back. IT ROCKSSSSSSS.

Did you know that for one Pilot P-700 Fine pen, it costs 6 dollars?
