Any tips about how to get rid of acne/pimples?

i have dry/sensitive skin and i dont have really bad acne, its ok





i just have it everywhere on my cheeks and some on my nose





so any tips about how to get rid of them? and remember i have dry/SEnsitive skin so i cant really use harsh things or i will get irritated
