Is it true that chlorine can treat your acne problem?

i heard it a couple time but i dont know if its true. Is it?Is it true that chlorine can treat your acne problem?
In my experience being a swimmer, it does not. I still see a lot of swimmers with horrible face acne and back acne.Is it true that chlorine can treat your acne problem?
Chlorine dries out your skin, making it difficult for oil to be present an acne to form. But it doesnt treat it, no. You'd have to spend days in a chlorinated pool to dry your skin completly, but it is not advisable.

whoa? i never heard of that. chlorine actually dries out my skin, so it might try out acne? but it usually makes it worse for me

Chlorine will simply dry up your skin...it may give you the impression of controlling your acne problem, but it will also dry up your skin.





Topical vitamin A is far more effective at controlloing acne problems.
