Yeah maderma does. Acne scars are just like any other scars, just on the face. Anything that would treat a scratch on the knee should work. Lemon juice is an at home item that I would recommend. It tightens the skin minimizing the size all while lightening up the scar with your skin tone. Plus it is a natural disinfectant so it could prevent further acne by cleaning the pores and killing bacteria. Just make sure you don't put it on anything open, it might burn. Then again it would clean the wound.
Just remember to dilute it with water a bit. Never put the pure stuff.
Aloe vera (straight from the plant) works great, but i recommend getting a cream with aloe vera, if your skin drys out too much.
