What are somethings I should do to avoid Acne break outs?

Hi, I've got terrible Acne and I don't mean small pimples.. I get huge Red Bumps!!

I was wondering what could help it? what type of product? what shouldn't I eat/drink? what should I do before bed or in the morning? What are somethings I should do to avoid Acne break outs?
I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at.

I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

I'm 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

Literally the best acne face wash I've ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It's unique cause of it's herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem dot com at the time which was helpful.

You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn't work it will still save you butt on the return policy.

Well good luck and best wishes. What are somethings I should do to avoid Acne break outs?
Abstain from all cooked foods, especially all meat, wheat products, and dairy.

Just eat raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds for a week; you should see a big improvement.

Breakfast: fruit, handful of nuts

Lunch: fruit, giant cucumber-tomato-avacado-spinach salad with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar, more nuts.

Dinner: same as lunch

I got rid of my acne about 80% doing this, you just have to maintain the diet. I used to have deep cysts all over my jawline, on my scalp/neck, chest/arms/back, now there are none on my chest/arms/back; I don't have any cysts on my face anymore, when I do have anything its just a small pimple that goes away within a couple days.

don't disprove before you try, I was highly skeptical, but if you try it, you'll wake up the next day touching your face with amazement. Usually takes 2 - 6 weeks for full improvement, though, but its worth it.
Huge red bumps...most probably that's cystic type of acne. based from my own experience, i literally have them treated by a dermatologist. If acne is huge, the fastest and best solution is to have your dermatologist inject it with corticosteroids. If you use topical meds, most of the time, acne that huge, gets irritated.

Visit your dermatologist, have your face cleaned(pricked etc), to prevent acne flareups and for sure your doctor will give you a regimen that'll help prevent acne flareups. Regular visits to your dermatologist, just for cleaning, really helps in avoiding small acne to become huge ones. Plus, if you let your doctor treat your acne, scarring can be prevented.
I used to suffer from acne too. After trying different remedies the only one that worked effectively was this natural approach -

In addition to this info, you can use things like vitamin e oil, oatmeal and lemon juice to combat acne. However, you first need to how to cleanse your skin from the inside out - the info I'm recommending to you will explain in full detail - this has helped out many people in your shoes. It's even helped me.
HI...

Acne is a particular problem for teenagers. At the time in their lives when their bodies and hormones are going through rapid changes, they are particularly susceptible to peer group pressure and external influences from magazines and advertisements. Their role models have perfect complexions and they aspire to be like them. For teenagers, having acne can result in loss of self-esteem and confidence.

In their efforts to conform to what, for them, is the norm they try out a variety of acne treatments in the hope that they will find one that cures their condition. Much of the advertising for these products is aimed specifically at teenagers. Some products claim to be able to rid the user of blemishes within a few hours. The reality, for most teenagers, is very different.

All hope of an effective acne treatment is not lost. Acne is a condition that can respond surprisingly well to some simple treatments. Here are 10 tips to help teenagers avoid acne:

Tip #1. Resist the temptation to pick or pop your spots. This will make your breakout last longer and can lead to scarring.

Tip #2. Wash your face twice a day in warm water. Use a gently exfoliating face wash that is suitable for your skin type. This will remove the dead skin cells than can block your pores.

Tip #3. Keep your hair clean and keep it of your forehead.

Tip #4. Cut back on the sodas. It would be asking too much to expect you to cut them out altogether. You should be aware that sweetened carbonated drinks are a source of a large number of hidden calories that are readily turned into body fat. Being over weight adversely affects how your body eliminates excess hormones and toxins and can result in a breakout of acne.

Tip #5. Drink plenty of cold water each day; two litres should be adequate. Drinking this amount of water each day will ensure that your body is properly hydrated. It will improve your skin texture and help your body to eliminate waste and toxins through your kidneys.

Tip #6. Improve your diet! You are what you eat and what you eat directly affects your health, including your acne. Having a healthy diet is the best way to help your body bring equilibrium to your hormonal imbalance. Reduce the amount of fast food, takeaways and fatty food that you eat and increase the amount of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Tip #7. Certain foods, including milk and vegetable oils are known to inflame an existing acne condition. That does not mean you cannot have either of these, just that you should limit the amount you consume.

Tip #8. Young ladies should choose their cosmetics with care. Some make up contains harsh chemicals that can cause you to have even more pimples.

Tip #9. Get six to eight hours quality sleep each night. This will give your body the time it needs to repair itself. It will also reduce your stress levels, which are a known cause of acne breakouts.

Tip #10. Get out into the fresh air and have some exercise. Have fun while you are doing it. This has three benefits. Firstly, your body makes vitamin D from sun light; secondly, your metabolism will be increased helping your body to eliminate toxins and waste more efficiently; and thirdly, it will make you feel better.

Bye n take care...
Well, there's a lot of tricks for acne.

The best one is definately t...HNNNNGGGGHHHHHHHHHH
