How to get rid of chest and back acne?

I have acne quite a bit on my back and shoulders and mildly on my chest. I'd really like to get rid of it in about 2 weeks. Could you recommend some products that I could get at a local walmart? ThanksHow to get rid of chest and back acne?

When washing your back use a loofah, sponge or exfoliant to help remove any dead skin cells that may clog up pores. Sweetie, i used to have it...Also use dove sensitive soap, actually works great..And it really does go away in time..plus its better then it being on your face, also pool water helps..Not hot tub water though..You can also use spot treat things from walmart, to stop pimples in their track..
