How can i get rid of acne fast?

i am getting alot of zits an pimples all over my forehead and nose and i need some help!! my mom wants to take me to the dermatologist, but i dnt wanna go. i also have it on my chest and upper back. but not alot.... yet. so i wanna know how to prevent it from getting worse, and how to get rid of it.

so dont apply a lot of skincreme or that kindastuff

The dermatologist will provide some creams and pills that will help.





Don't pop them, that causes them to spread.
Detox. Drink tonnes of water over 3 days, it won't cure it...but it'll flush out the bacteria and certainly help the healing process.
