How can i get rid of acne in 3 weeks?

i'm not looking for products, just home remedies or tips. i have pretty oily skin. but not that much acne, i just want my skin to be perfect for my wedding.... i'll do anything. How can i get rid of acne in 3 weeks?
I went through this, the best way I did it was:

1. eating 3 carrots a day - contains betacarotine for healing skin and good on the inside.

2. tea tree cream - for outside, has benefits for all skin types and natural healing properties, non-greasy and easily absorbed.

3. homeopathic skin tablets - natural skin healing tablets when used as directed. - theres all different sorts out there depending on brand.

I'm not sure if its for everyone, but it worked for me within the month, easing up dramatically and I had it pretty bad.

Hope that helps :)How can i get rid of acne in 3 weeks?
There are many home remedies and natural treatment to get rid of acne:

Home remedies

鈥?Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice with 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder. Apply this paste on the pimples and wash it after 20 minutes with warm water. Repeat for two weeks,

鈥?Use aloe vera juice on the pimples morning and night for as long as necessary (perhaps five months or longer).

鈥?Make orange peel paste by grinding it in some water. Apply on and around pimples.

鈥?Rub garlic on and around pimples.

Natural treatment

鈥?Clean gently the skin once or twice daily with an antiseptic soap or a soap compounded of sulfur. This reduces the germ count and prevents the bacterial colonization in deeper pores.

鈥?Limit the use of makeup and moisturizers and avoid of oil-based brands altogether

鈥?Sun and air baths by exposing the whole body to sun and air are highly beneficial.

鈥?Shampoo the oily hair often and keep away from the face.

鈥?Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet. The oats and wheat bran, beans, fruits and vegetables should be increased in the diet.

鈥?Avoid alcohol, butter fats, cocoa, coconut, meat, and fried greasy foods.

鈥?Never squeeze, prod or pick pimples particularly with dirty hands or fingernails as this may contribute to scarring, as well as spreading the acne lesions.

There is one thing that works really well for me. If I drink one bottle of spring water every 2 hours on average so that I basically pee clear all the time, and my acne goes away. The ';theory'; is that your body has a need to get rid of things it takes in and that happens by coming out (1) poo, (2) pee, (3) skin. So, the thinking is if you keep your pee clear then you are making sure to wash out all the toxins and then there is less of a need for anything to come out your face which the bacteria might decide to munch on and then clog up your pores. The best part is you can try it for a week for the cost of water =P. Let me know what happens.
Try deep cleaning oatmeal natural soap that gently removes excess oil.

Healthy skin however, is an inside job. Recipes from the natural weight loss guide would be a quick way to achieve the result you are looking for your wedding and beyond.

Another natural tip is: mix an infusion of fennel with plain yogurt for a natural skin cleanser.

You should be thrilled with both of these recommendations - I have had a lot of success using both.

Try this simple remedy. Wash your face twice a day in warm salty water. This should leave your face oil free without aggravating the pimples like soap. The secret of keeping the skin clear is to keep it oil-free and clean. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/
