Is this bump on my lip acne or something else?

I sometimes get ance right above my lip like most teenagers. But this time its something different. I popped it like I normally do, but it didnt go away. And right below the ones above my lip, it looks like theres a pimple ON my lip. I've never been sexually active. So what could this be?Is this bump on my lip acne or something else?
Those are just aggravating little pimples. They are usually very tender. It doesn't mean you have anything. They just happen. Buy some povidine iodine solution (about $4) from a drug store or walmart. Betadine is the brand name ($11), but it's the exact same stuff. It's a liquid in a small plastic bottle, near the alcohol, peroxide and stuff like that. Be careful and blot it on with a q-tip. It stains clothing. Only do this before you go to bed or when you'll be hanging out at home cause it's dark brown and you'll have a dark spot on your face. It washes off your face really easy though. It dries pimples up really fast, sometimes over night. The longer you can wear it, the better. I use it all the time. My family is so use to me walking around with little brown spots all over my face when i'm chillin at home, that they don't even ask questions anymore. Oh yeah, the bottle lasts a long time too.
