Since you say the pimple is below the skin, most likely it is a type of systemic infection. My son had this same type of problem. A dermatologist put him on a low dose of antibiotic, gave him a prescription for Retin-A (which drys up the acne, and slowly sluffs off the skin so that it is smooth and scar free), and another lotion that was a topical antibiotic and moisturizer. It all worked together very well, and I was so glad because this is a difficult thing for a teenager to have to deal with, as I am sure it is for you.
